Brenda grew up in North Dakota and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. She worked in the corporate relocation environment for many years with her career focusing on customer service, which is what drives her passion to provide an excellent customer experience today. When Brenda's father became ill in 2011, she saw the importance of good care providers and the need for excellent in home health care and the supporting services. Her goal is to make the day to day home life manageable for the client receiving care as well as the family members.

Anthony grew up in New Mexico, attended college at NMSU and obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He worked in the Engineering field for many years with great success. He grew up in a household that knew the importance of always taking care of family members as well as contributing to the community. After realizing that working in the corporate world was no longer personally rewarding, he decided he wanted to work in an industry that had a closer connection to individuals and gave back to the community. This lead to Anthony's passion in building the business plan for Vibrant Living Services LLC.

Alicia Radmaker MBA, BSN, RN is the Administrator and Director of Clinical Services at Vibrant Living Services. Alicia has extensive experience in health care management, process implementation, and quality improvement.  She uses her strong communication skills and compliance expertise, and passion for people to educate and advocate for patients, their families as well as employees. 

Alicia's journey in home health began several years ago in case management which entailed fiercely advocating for patients to receive the care that was medically necessary.  She has found gratification in helping people to achieve their health goals while stayin in their homes.  Her enthusiasm stems from her personal belief that health care is a collaborative effort between the consumer and their health care team.

Alicia recently graduated with her Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Health Care Administration.  Her capstone project highlighted on the home health industry and innovative ways to lead with new regulations being added daily.  Her goal is to provide patients with quality care along with a phenomenal experience.  She strives to educate patients and provide them with the tools they need to make health care decisions and live their best lives.

Daylin became a Certified Nurse Assistant at the age of 20 and fell in love with caring for others. Working with geriatrics touched her heart and provided great job satisfaction.  Daylin continued to provide direct care to the elderly for the following 8 years before taking a position with a traumatic brain injury facility.    Her passion and organization skills secured her a position as the Administrative Assistant for the facility.    This combined experience as a direct provider and familiarity with the administrative working of a facility brought her to Vibrant Living Services, where she excels in the role of Office/Staff Coordinator.  The role allows Daylin to schedule and manage our caregivers while also serving as a backup in completing shifts and ensuring that our clients are cared for properly.  Daylin is a very compassionate and motivated person with extensive experience thus ensuring that our families are in amazing hands when they choose with Vibrant Living Services.
